Civaro Freight India implements the new IT system in Chennai office.

Civaro Freight India, one of the subsidiaries of Hayleys Advantis group implements its latest logistics software system, ediEnterprise by Cargowsie edi, Australia to support their day to day front & back office functions. The system is an international product which is currently been used by about 1000 forwarders around the world and built with latest Microsoft technology platform. It has various features to improve the efficiency of customer service and finance. Its one-of-a-kind Sales Manager module is a very user friendly tool which will eventually streamline all the sales taking place and Chennai office literally will not miss a sales opportunity again due to any lack of information flow. Selected customers will be given a login to the tracking web site and they can make their booking, orders through the web site while tracking their own shipments.

This is the first step of a series of implementations of this new system in Civaro network and Civaro North America and Civaro Lanka will follow during 2008/9 financial year.
